How to Order
Order Direct from HPA Culture Collections
You must have an account with the HPA Culture Collections before ordering. To open an account, register on-line. When you submit your first order you will be allocated an account no. which should be quoted on each subsequent order submitted. Please note that, for some products, we have a number of distributors you can also order from (e.g. Sigma-Aldrich and DS Pharma Biomedical Ltd (Japan)).
Orders can be submitted:

Firstly, select the products you require. When all the products you require have been selected, click 'View Cart', then click 'Check Out' and complete your details before finally clicking the 'Place Order' button.
Your order will only be processed when the Terms and Conditions of Supply have been accepted.
If you have a promotional code for any type of discount or promotional offer online, please enter this code in the promotional code field on our Online Order Form.
The 5% online discount off product prices is shown on the Check Out screen.
By Email, Fax or Post
We would encourage you to order online and benefit from the 5% online discount off product prices. However, if you wish to submit orders by email, fax or post an order form can be downloaded from this website. Submit completed order forms to HPA Culture Collections by:

HPA Culture Collections has a number of distribution partners for selected products, offering customers the benefit of ordering in their own language and using local currency.
Cell Lines and DNA products can be ordered from most Sigma-Aldrich offices worldwide and DS Pharma Biomedical Ltd (Japan).
DS Pharma Biomedical Ltd (Japan) and Sigma-Aldrich USA stock a large range of the most popular cell lines from ECACC's General Collection enabling supply within 2-3 working days.
