How to Order
Order Direct from HPA Culture Collections
There are a number of different methods for ordering HPA Culture Collections products. The fastest way to order is online either via Credit Card or Credit Account.
Online by Credit Card
You will need to register on the website; to do this go to register on-line.
Products are available to place in your 'Shopping Cart' before you have registered online, however you will still be asked to register at a later stage when you go through checkout. Only certain products, which can be identified on the product data pages, are available for purchase by credit card. When you have placed all the products you wish to purchase into the shopping cart go to the 'View Cart' tab, then 'Check Out' and follow the instructions on the screen. Please note your order will only be processed when you have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Supply
Online by Credit Account
If you have not already done so, you will need to register on the website; to do this go to register on-line.
Products are available to place in your 'Shopping Cart' before you have logged in/registered as a new user, however in order to complete an order via Credit Account online, you must have set up a Credit Account and had your Credit Account approved for online purchasing.
In order to apply for a new Credit Account, go to the 'My Account' page and scroll down to the Credit Account section. Here you will find an application form for setting up a new Credit Account for making purchases via fax, email or online and an application for linking the online purchasing option to an existing Credit Account. We will process your application as quickly as we can. If in the meantime you wish to make an immediate purchase please use the credit card facility or alternatively email your order to hpacultures@hpa.org.uk or fax to +44 (0)1980 611315.
We will notify you once your Credit Account has been set up successfully and approved for online purchasing. You will then be able to log back onto the website and purchase products using the Credit Account facility. To do this select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. When you have placed all the products you wish to purchase into the shopping cart go to the 'View Cart' tab, then 'Check Out' and follow the instructions on the screen. Please note your order will only be processed when you have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Supply
Frequently Asked Question (FAQ):
My organisation already has a Credit Account set up and we have made purchases in the past, so do I need approval to use this Credit Account for online purchases?
If you have not ordered online with us previously (i.e. you have ordered by fax or email only in the past), before you are able to complete an online order, you will need to apply for approval to use your Credit Account for online purchases.
To apply for approval to use your existing Credit Account for online purchases please register on the website and log in - you will then have access to download the application form.

We would encourage you to order online. However, if you wish to submit orders by email, fax or post an order form can be downloaded from this website. Submit completed order forms to HPA Culture Collections by:

Please Note: You are responsible for informing HPA Culture Collections of times or days during the working week when goods cannot be received, for example public holidays, site closures.
Payment Terms
Under the Terms and Condition of Supply, all payments are due 30 days after date of invoice. In certain circumstances payment may be requested in advance.

HPA Culture Collections has a number of distribution partners for selected products, offering customers the benefit of ordering in their own language and using local currency.
