Cell Line Description: This hybridoma is a subclone of AFRC MAC 60. The antibody is directed against the plant growth substance cis, trans-abscisic acid. The rate of antibody production has been tested at ECACC. It must be noted that this hybridoma produces less than 2 µg/ml of purified antibody.
Sub Culture Routine: Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2, 37°C. Require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation.
