Neuron Culture Kits
Produced by our distribution partners in Japan, DS Pharma Biomedical, we are proud to make available to the European market a range of neuron culture kits. These kits extend the range of primary cells available to our customers. The Neuron Culture Kits provide a quick and easy solution to the generation of high quality neuronal cultures removing the burden of animal dissection.
Each Neuron Culture Kit consists of:
- Nerve tissue (2 cortices or 3 Hippocampi)
- Dispersion solution 2.5ml
- Isolation solution 2.5ml
- Enzyme solution 2.5ml
- Washing Solution 10ml
- Neuronal culture medium 30ml
All components of the above kit have been optimised to produce the best possible isolation of live nerve cells from the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of both rat and mouse.
